I have a B.S. in Human Services Counseling from Old Dominion University and a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from the Medical College of Virginia at VCU. I am a Certified Life-Purpose Life Coach.  

I have been sober since 2015.

My 20 year marriage ended in divorce in 2018, resulting in my needing to effectively co-parent and guide my children through navigating two households. 

Life keeps changing, even when you thought you had it all sorted out. Should you feel overwhelmed or uncertain, I'd love to meet you and hear your story.
